3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Spinner77 users agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by these terms. In particular, the following are strictly forbidden:

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of balances linked to fraudulent activity, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the spinner77 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers and available Malaysian digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may change.

Refund Policy

Account Closure & Suspension
Spinner77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if fraud is suspected, if these terms have been breached, or for platform security reasons. Users may also request closure of their own account by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's request will be processed for return in accordance with the platform's standard procedures.

Intellectual Property
All content on the spinner77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of spinner77 or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Copying, redistributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from spinner77 is strictly prohibited.
